Your electronic vote is necessary in order to maintain control over the public roadways within the Association. Due to a new Arizona law, your YES vote is required to maintain the ability to regulate the public roadways within the Association. Currently, the Association regulates the public roadways via Section 2.3 of the CC&Rs. Please note that if the vote fails, the Association will lose the authority to regulate the public roadways within the Association and the existing regulations will expire.
