The Association seeks to retain the authority to regulate public roadways within the community pursuant to A.R.S. ? 33-1818 (B)(1). If approved, the Association will maintain its authority to regulate the publicly dedicated streets within the community pursuant to its governing documents, including the CC&Rs. Failure to obtain member approval will result in the Association having no control or authority over vehicles parked within the streets of the community. In order to retain authority to regulate the public roadways, the Association must obtain approval of Members representing a majority of those voting this meeting either in person or via absentee ballot. Quorum for this meeting shall be the presence, either in person or via absentee ballot or electronic voting, of members entitled to cast ten percent (10%) of the votes of the Association. See Article III, Section 4 of the Bylaws.
