Pursuant to Article 1, Section 1.9 of the Bylaws of The Gardens, Inc. Homeowners Association (Bylaws), the Board of Directors submits the following proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws for a vote by the Members. The Board, with the members? input, submits numerous revisions to the Bylaws. The proposed revisions are highlighted yellow in the attached Amended and Restated Bylaws for your review. To approve the proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws requires a majority of the members voting in person or by absentee at a meeting where quorum is met to vote for the adoption of the proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws.
