If our Community does not vote to RETAIN authority over our roadways, this control will be lost forever. An IN FAVOR vote means we keep control, ensuring: Safety for our families and residents Livability and quality of life Property value and appearance of our Community Why Should You Vote? Whether you live in your home or rent it out, the outcome of this vote will directly impact you. The value and safety of our Community depend on your participation. How Does the Vote Work? Quorum Needed: At least 10% of homeowners (54 owners) must vote for the decision to be valid. Majority Required: A majority of votes must be IN FAVOR to retain control of our roadways. If fewer than 54 homeowners vote, or if the measure fails, we lose control of our roadways forever. Take Action Now! This is your chance to protect the future of our Community.
