Renovation Projects and Community Events Recognized by the Phoenix Police Department

September 8, 2017

Huge thanks to Officer Terry Laaker from the City of Phoenix Police Department for these kind words! In addition to making several improvements to the community, our Community Manager, Mario Luevano, and Vice President of Ancillary Services, Regis Salazar, have spent a tremendous amount of time working with the Phoenix PD, owners, and City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department at the Woodmar IV community to host several clean-ups & community events to bring the community together! Our goal is to build community -working as a TEAM with the homeowners, boards, and community members to put neighbors back into neighborhoods, fun into getting to know each other and community back into associations. We truly believe in not only managing our communities, but also becoming a part of the community as well!

At Vision we have never shied away from taking on the most desperate communities - those in such need that the average Management Company simply does not have or does not wish to commit the level of resources necessary to help bring these neighborhoods back from their brink. We will never simply turn our backs because they lack an immediate funding source or because their neighborhood is too rough, too far gone, too challenging. These are the very neighborhoods who need us the most, and deserve our best efforts the most. Thank you to all the amazing neighbors of Woodmar IV and the incredible public servants at the City of Phoenix who have partnered with us every step of the way.

Vision Community Management Tackles Challenging Properties!

September 1, 2017

Vision Community Management has never shied away from taking on the most desperate communities - those in such need that most management companies either will not or cannot take on. We are not afraid to commit the level of resources necessary to help bring these neighborhoods back from their brink and will never decline a project because they lack an immediate funding source or because their neighborhood is "too rough," "too far gone," or "too challenging". Woodmar IV has been exactly the type of association Vision specializes in managing and has allowed us to really get involved. After several clean-ups, projects and community events, we are finally tackling the parking lots! This week marked the initial tear down of all the asphalt. Association management is not always pretty, but Mario Luevano (who manages Woodmar IV) and the rest of our managers excel at it!

August 25, 2017

The #VisionCrew never stops learning! Huge thanks to AACM and our instructor Javier Delgado from Carpenter Hazlewood Delgado & Bolen for an informative class on new laws that directly impact HOAs.

Vision Managers and our CAASP support professionals are required to take the legal update class, along with other continuing education courses, each year to ensure we are ahead of the game on any new laws that affect planned community and condominium associations. Education is important here at VCM and we're more than happy to send our crew to class for the day.

Vision Community Management Participates in Kiwanis Community Baby Shower

August 21, 2017

Vision has made the commitment to not only manage the communities we work in, but to become an active participant of that community. We consider community support and volunteerism an integral part of our professional and social responsibilities. We encourage & support the members of our team to participate in organizations that reflect their own as well as VCM's core values. We believe such participation enhances neighborhoods and move us toward creating a true sense of community.

As a Corporate Member of the Kiwanis Club of Ahwatukee, Vision often supports the club’s fundraisers. The Vision Community Management staff was able to raise over $1500 in just monetary donations plus tons of items for their community baby shower! We were also out to help the Kiwanis Club of Ahwatukee sort items and create gift baskets. Huge thanks to everyone that donated and volunteered!
