    Online Voting

    The Lake Park Villas (LPV) HOA board is bringing to your attention a vote for an urgent matter with a substantial impact to the community. You may have noticed our community roads and parking lots are in dire condition. After careful consideration, the LPV HOA board is proposing a complete asphalt replacement of our communities roads and parking lots. The project will be completed all at once and can start within 30 days of obtaining financing. The cost for this project is $400,000 as of March 2025. The funds needed to do the project will provided by a loan from our bank and will not require a special assessment. It has been determined that our current operating budget can cover the monthly payments which would be paid over a 10-year period. This will prevent placing any increased financial burden on homeowners though retains consideration of all other future financial obligations for the community. The loan from our bank for the project has been approved but, to move forward, additionally requires a vote of approval by 2/3 of all LPV homeowners.
