Photographs of Violations

To view photographs of violations you have received, if you haven't already registered, please click the "Register Now" button above. Pool Draining and Backwashing

We are experiencing an increase in issues related to pool draining and backwashing. For correct pool draining and backwashing information, please see the information provided by the Town Gilbert: Click Here For More Information.

The Silverhawke HOA policy is that the homeowners MUST contain pool water within their own property or into their sanitary sewer cleanout out. Putting water to the curb or gutter results in the water going to the Silverhawke common area and not a sewer which causing additional problems and will be treated as a violation.
