Saturday, April 13, 2024 will be the Community Garage Sale. All Residents are encouraged to stop by and participate in this event. The Arroyo Community Garage Sale is set for Saturday, April 13, 2024. Get ready to put all of your items out and enjoy going house to house to see all the big bargains. We are looking forward to seeing everyone out on Saturday the 13th!

Saturday, April 20,2024 is the Community bulk trash pickup date. Please be advised that the bulk trash pickup for our community will be the weekend of Saturday, April 20, 2024. Don’t forget to put out all of your items you wish to get rid of during your spring clean out. Please make sure not to obstruct the sidewalk areas as you put items out for collection and to make sure items do not extend far into the streets.
