Trash Disposal
Dear Residents,
We want to remind everyone that scheduling a
bulk pickup through the City of Phoenix is straightforward and
efficient, which helps keep our community looking its best. Please take
advantage of this service for larger items that cannot be placed in our shared
dumpster.
Important Information about Bulk Pickup:

Scheduling: To arrange a bulk pickup, please visit the City of
Phoenix Bulk Pickup Scheduler. Scheduling in advance ensures timely
collection of your items.

Proper
Disposal: Leaving items near the dumpster
creates an unsightly environment and incurs additional costs for our
association. Recently, another community experienced a 40% increase in trash
pickup costs within just six months due to improper disposal practices. We want
to avoid similar issues here at Coronado Commons.
Your cooperation in properly disposing of
unwanted items is greatly appreciated. If you have bulk items to dispose of,
please take a moment to schedule a pickup.
