West Wall/Fence Painting Project

CertaPro Painters has been hired to paint the perimeter walls/view

fencing of homes backing to Tracts G and J on the west side of the

community. They will be starting in the next week or so. There are a

few things all residents will need to do in preparation for this project.

All vegetation growing through the fencing will need to be trimmed or

tied back. Please move patio furniture and other items away from the

wall/fence and cover them. The Association and CertaPro Painting will

not be responsible for damage to any items left near the wall/fencing

or for overspray getting on the items. A reminder notice will be

emailed once the start date has been set.

CertaPro will only be painting the exterior side of the walls/fencing.

Homeowners are responsible for painting the interior side of their

walls/fencing if needed. Dunn Edwards Brown Owl (#Q5-19D) is the

Tatum Ranch approved color for the walls/fencing.
