    Landscape Masterplan



    Landscape Masterplan Review & Homeowner Feedback (SUBMIT BY OCTOBER 1st)

     

    There are 2 “Landscape Masterplans” being presented.  Both are available for homeowner review here and in the clubhouse.  Homeowners may submit feedback on each plan (please differentiate on form) by returning the “Landscape Masterplan Feedback Form” to Vision Community Management by October 1, 2023.  

     

    1.  Coleman Design Group:  Coleman Design Group is the landscape designer the HOA hired to provide a Landscape Masterplan.  They have reviewed the HOA’s “Final Priority List” and presented a plan for final review.  This is WP's last opportunity to request adjustments prior to the final plans being received from Coleman.  

     

    2.  Brightview:  Brightview, WP’s landscape company, has offered to provide a Landscape Masterplan free of charge.  Their Landscape Architect has submitted conceptual renderings for the land along 32nd Street & the interior pool area.  Brightview presented these drawings as a concept overview to get feedback before they proceed with drafting a full Landscape Masterplan. They are asking WP to look at the concepts presented and determine if they achieve the goals detailed in the HOA’s “Final Priority List”.  What works?  What doesn’t?
