Wall Street Journal – The Need for Rising Costs in HOAs
Hello Homeowners,
I hope you all are enjoying the cooler temperatures as we move deeper into autumn in Arizona. The Board of Directors have requested that a Wall Street Journal article be posted on the Rancho Verde website – wearevision.com/RVD. This article explains the need for rising costs in HOAs, including assessments, insurance costs, vendor inflation, etc. It helps owners understand the need for 3-10% (or more!) annual increases in their monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual assessments.
